Six weeks is a great start to the FASTer Way Program, but improving your health and wellness can take time. As we encourage our clients to commit to a healthy lifestyle through the FASTer Way, remember to have patience and commitment. You will not see results overnight. Evaluate your overall well-being along with your physical changes. Have you noticed changes in your sleep quality, energy levels, mood, or mindset?

To qualify for our Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
Client must complete the full six-week program per the guidelines below:
- Client must remain positive and trust the process. We want this experience to be great for everyone! Negative comments or negative self-image are not permitted.
- Client must post updates every day in their small group including but not limited to their daily macros, how they are feeling, workout update and/or food log throughout the six-week round.
- Client must stay engaged and active with other members within their group throughout the six-week round.
- Client cannot base results on weight alone. We do not base results on weight, but rather on well-being, overall measurements, and other non-scale victories.
- Client must have interacted with their certified coach within the group and/or text message or by email by asking/seeking questions/concerns/support when needed and throughout the six-week program.
- Client must remain gluten-free and dairy-free throughout the six-week program.
- Client must follow whole-food guidelines and/or the FASTer Way meal plan guide throughout the six-week program.
- Client has not shared program content with others (including but not limited to meal plans, workouts, food cycle, program strategy, and design).
You may request a refund for a Digital Product within 48 hours of purchase. After that, no refunds are available. Please note that this includes the New Client FASTer Way Program.
Additionally, you may not defer your participation in the FASTer Way Program. Your purchase is good only for participation in the round of the FASTer Way Program that you purchased. If you are unable to participate in that round, you will need to purchase a space in a future round.
VIP Membership may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, your member account will be disabled at the expiration of the period for which you have already paid. The Websites do not offer refunds after the monthly fee has been charged. You may avoid incurring additional fees by canceling your VIP Membership 14 days or more prior to the billing date.
We will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, and defective merchandise by mail.

- Return shipping will not be refunded.
- Packing slip must be included with return.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have a RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense).
- Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
- Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
We will credit you for returns received within 14 days of the purchase for the price paid to the original form of payment.
