6-Week New Client Program
We’re confident that our 6-week program will put you on a path to better health and results that you’ll feel great about. After starting, evaluate your overall well-being along with your physical changes. Have you noticed improvements in your sleep quality, energy levels, mood, or mindset? We've helped transform over 500,000 lives and we're certain it'll work for you, too. But, if you give it a try for up to 30 days and find it's not the right fit, we'll give you a full refund.
Here’s how it works:
- Submit a refund request form within 30 days of the start of your round.
- To ensure that you have a chance to see results, we require that you earn at least 15 stars in our app before submitting your refund request.
- Once your refund request is submitted, please allow up to 7 days for processing.
Program Deferrals
Can’t make your original start date? No worries. You can defer your enrollment to any available program start date within the next 3 months.
Nutrition and Merchandise
We believe in our products and we're confident you'll love them. If for some reason you don’t, our 30-day satisfaction guarantee has you covered. You can receive one refund per product type, letting you try everything risk-free. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email: merchandise@fasterwaytofatloss.com.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Digital Products
Refunds for Digital Products (6-week program, micro-commitments, cookbook, special programs) may be requested within 48 hours of purchase. Refunds for meal guide purchases may be requested within 48 hours of guide delivery.
VIP Membership
VIP Memberships may be canceled at any time, at least 14 days prior to the next billing date. Upon cancellation, your member account will be disabled at the expiration of the period for which you have already paid. Refunds will not be granted after the monthly fee has been charged. To cancel, email clientsuccess@fasterwaytofatloss.com and fill out the cancellation form. This form must be complete to initiate your request.
Meal Guides
Meal guide purchases are non-refundable unless a refund request is submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date. After this period, all sales are considered final. The FASTer Way also reserves the right to decline and refund any meal guide purchase if the request falls outside our scope of practice.
Nutrition and Merchandise
Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed or defective may be returned by mail within 14 days of the order date. Supplements must be unopened and in the original packaging. Return Authorization Number required. Qualifying returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Items that do not meet our policy guidelines will be retained without refund.
- To obtain a Return Authorization Number, email: clientsuccess@fasterwaytofatloss.com (subject line: RMA) within 14 days of the order date.
- Packing slip must be included with return.
- Write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of your package. Packages without a visible RMA number will be returned to you at your expense.
Returns received within 14 days of purchase will be refunded to your original payment method. Return shipping will not be refunded.
