Story Series: The Best of 2023's FASTer Way to Fat Loss Transformations

Making a complete physical transformation takes a lot of work. We know that and we see you putting in the time. And so, we want to share a series of stories with you that highlight the best wins of 2023.

These are truly inspiring folks like you who recognized the need to change, dug deep to make it happen, committed to the journey and became entirely new people through it all both physically and mentally.



Andy Wong is one of our best standout success stories of the year. Andy knew he needed to make a change, uncomfortable in how he felt. It was a Valentine’s Day photo that motivated him to start. Andy says he knew how he looked wasn’t his identity, but he couldn’t deny he felt like ‘garbage.’ He was tired, stressed, unable to sleep and was not at peace. Andy took the 12-Week Challenge and says, “after tracking macros, working out, fasting and working with my coach, I found energy, better sleep and kicked sugar cravings.” Andy’s now focusing on being here as long as he can to love on his wife and enjoy his sons. He’s even taken his workout on the road! Andy’s enjoyed long hikes thanks to his transformation and says the best part of this journey was doing his workout in the middle of the Chihuahuan desert. In his words, “Life is good!”



Rachel Thomas also saw huge changes from committing to the FASTer Way to Fat Loss and her only regret is that she didn’t start sooner. Rachel had tried every program out there and didn’t want to invest in yet another one, but she did. Now, Rachel says, “I’m so thankful I found the FASTer Way. It changed my life. I never imagined I’d be eating 2400 calories a day and see results. My biggest challenge is eating ENOUGH carbs!” 




And finally, Kris E. achieved her dream body in 2023 thanks to the FASTer Way roadmap. Following our strategically paired exercise and nutrition plan, Kris worked past her unexpected menopausal belly and boosted self-esteem. She said, “I was losing my edge. But since I started with the FASTer Way to Fat Loss, I not only shed that belly but gained lean muscle. And the best part? My mental clarity is back to its prime.”
