🌶️ Spooky Stuffed Peppers Recipe

Ingredients
🫑 4 orange bell peppers
🍗 1 lb ground turkey
🧅 ½ medium yellow onion, chopped
🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
🌿 1½ Tbsp Italian seasoning
🧂 ½ tsp sea salt
⚫️ ¼ tsp ground pepper
🍚 1 cup cooked brown rice
🍅 1⅓ cup tomato sauce (save ⅓ cup for later)
✨ Optional: pinch of cinnamon

Directions
1️⃣ Slice tops off bell peppers and remove seeds. Carve a little “Jack-O-Lantern” face into each.
2️⃣ In a large pan, cook ground turkey with onion and garlic for about 7–8 minutes, until browned.
3️⃣ Stir in rice, 1 cup tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix well.
4️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F.
5️⃣ Place peppers (and tops) in a 9×13 baking dish. Fill each with about ½ cup of the turkey mix, then spoon a little tomato sauce on top.
6️⃣ Cover with foil and bake 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes.

Serve warm, smile big, and enjoy a Halloween dinner that’s as fun as it is healthy. 😋
