I have participated in Amanda’s programs last year and loved them. We had a surprise 4th pregnancy and I really fell off the consistency of working out and eating right during my pregnancy. I knew after having my baby I’d want to get back I to her program. I gained 38 lbs during pregnancy and was 10 years older than my 3rd pregnancy, I was definitely more concerned with getting this weight off this time around. 

I started her program and quickly noticed results with my clothes fitting better. It felt so good to get back into a routine of healthy living again. It’s empowered me as a mom and given me confidence again. I love feeling strong again and like I can keep up with my teenagers and also have the stamina for my 4.5 month old. 

While I’m still not exactly where I want to be YET with my results, I have come so far and am so excited that I’ve been able to adopt a new way of living again. I had fabulous results with this program and am excited to continue on another round. I ended up losing 9 pounds and over 14 inches in 6 weeks!! I am able to fit into some of my pre pregnancy jeans already and feel very confident in them! It’s great to have that feeling of being in Control again and also know that with this program, it’s a lifestyle that allows you to enjoy your special treats without guilt! (It felt great to enjoy Thanksgiving without feeling guilty, and then picking back up the next day with the workouts and nutrition plan!!). This is my go-to program!!

Misty O'Bradovich

My name is Misty O'Bradovich. I am 42 years old and have always been fighting the battle of the bulge! My teen years were like a lot of others, in that I could eat anything and never gain weight, but we all know that doesn't last forever. I was your pretty average body type for most of my mid 20's/early 30's but when I hit my late 30's/early 40's my metabolism seemed to just shut down and the pounds went up! I was always pretty active but as the years went on my joints and muscles had so much wear and tear that it was hard to make myself go to the gym, for fear of injury. I kept telling myself, "I can't do lunges/my knees hurt," "I can't do ab exercises/my back hurts," "I can't lift weights/my shoulders hurt." The only activity I was comfortable doing was riding my mountain bike, which I did 2 times a week. This, however, is not the key to fastER way to fat loss! Zero pounds or inches came off and I found myself at my heaviest weight.

I had several family members and friends telling me about this program they were doing where they didn't eat for so much time and then they only ate for so many hours, they were checking in at the gym all the time, and posting these "sweaty selfies" with weird hashtags and pictures of bottled water. I thought they had lost their minds...until they finished the program and shared with me their before/after pics. Their results were so incredible I became a believer.

I'm the type of person, once I commit to something, it's all in. I followed Amanda's exercise program exactly, only deviating/resting when my body told me to do so! Thankfully, it wasn't very often. This old body of mine withstood all of the intense workouts like I was 18 again. My back never "went out" once over the entire 7 week period, which had not been the case leading up to the program. I cut out all dairy, gluten, and alcohol, only allowing myself donuts on Saturdays, in the car, outside of the gym, as soon as my workouts were completed. Yes, I received several looks of disbelief while I enjoyed every single bite!  

Now, 7 weeks later, I'm stronger than I have ever been. I have more muscle definition than I have ever ha. I am wearing the smallest size clothing I have ever worn, as an adult. I have the knowledge needed to make smart choices regarding how to fuel my body and when to give myself time to recover. Also, I have gained the realization that I am the only one that can make the decision to change MY life. No one can do it for you. You have to want it and be willing to work hard to get it! You won't be sorry you did! Thanks to Amanda and her fastER way to fat loss program, I will never again put limits on myself and I will always continue to be the best version of me I can possibly be.

Before the faster way I felt stuck in a rut. I wasn’t happy with how I was eating, how I felt or how I looked. I felt like my life had gotten so busy I had lost control of my health. Wow, what a difference 6 weeks makes. I feel like a completely new person, I have energy, I love planning my meals and challenging myself in the workouts! I only wish I had found this sooner:) I lost a total of 11 inches and 16.5 pounds! I was worried I would struggle with IF, but it makes me feel alive! Can’t wait to see what my next round holds!

I followed Amanda’s IG feed for 2 months before finally deciding that the program was an investment in my future, that I was worth it. The layout is extremely user-friendly, the workouts are challenging but doable, and she actually explains the why behind the what which is amazing for analytical thinkers. I just finished my first round and lost over 8 inches! For the first time EVER I feel like I have found something that I can do FOREVER. Is it scary? Yes. Is it worth it? Without a doubt!

After having my baby six months ago, I worked hard to slowly restore and heal my body. I did exercises to heal my ab separation and gradually got back into working out. It was not until the FASTer Way that I began to see fat loss. In the past six weeks I have seen my body shape and size begin to return to "normal". My postpartum goal has not been to get my body back but to build a new, fit body. I finally feel fit again! I'm excited to continue to see progress through this lifestyle!

I've had years of practicing self-loathing techniques in workouts. My thought process on what I'm eating and how I'm working out have been so unhealthy, as far as the way I talk to myself and see myself. I feel my biggest transformation has been in my mind and seeing myself as beautiful and going with confidence. Romans 12:2 has been a theme to my workouts and eating. Thank you.

I joined the August FWTFL group knowing that I was ready, both mentally and emotionally, to make some big changes. Two small kids, a full-time business, and just life in general have been so busy for the past several years that I have not consistently made the time to prioritize my own fitness and health. I knew I needed structure and accountability, but also the freedom to LIVE life and enjoy the things that are important to me (such as a glass of wine on occasion, dinners out at restaurants with the family, and fun social events) without constantly feeling deprived. I’ve tried those other exercise and food plans and just could never make them “stick” long-term because they did not fit my life.  

I am so thrilled with this entire program. I have loved learning how to track macros, carb cycle, fast, workout efficiently and effectively, and make intentional choices with my food so that I could hit my goals and still have the flexibility to enjoy my birthday weekend festivities, lots of dinners out with friends and family, and my favorite foods from time to time. I am also so surprised at how much I have enjoyed the workouts in the program. I have never incorporated weight-lifting in my exercise routine and I am LOVING it! I haven’t missed a single workout in six weeks, and I can’t believe how quickly I have seen significant changes in my body (hello, biceps!!!!!). 

In the past six weeks, I have lost 7.2 pounds and now weigh LESS than I weighed when I got pregnant with my first child. More importantly, I have lost 7 ½ inches from my chest, stomach, and legs, and I have gained MUSCLE tone! My clothes are fitting so much better and I have much more energy and confidence. I am so thankful for the chance to learn from Amanda and Casey and the other coaches and participants in this program. I am not yet where I want to be, but I now know how to get there!!!!!!!

On January 1st of this year I weighed in at 244.5lbs and knew something had to change. My husband and I moved to a mostly paleo lifestyle and I quickly lost 40lbs. By the time summer hit I was bored and cheating way too much and had even put back on some weight. At that time my sister was doing the FWTFL and had phenomenal success. I decided to join her for the August round and I started the program weighing in at 212lbs. Once I got the hang of things I fell in love with the program. Hitting my macros daily was a fun challenge for me and I loved the variety of workouts and they way they built up over time. I noticed results almost immediately, especially in the stomach area. I only missed 1 workout during the whole program and grew to love my sweat sessions each day! I weighed in today at 194.5lbs. That's 17.5lbs of fat gone. My measurements show a 17" loss. It's just mind-blowing. I'm 10lbs under my lowest weight since having kids and I haven't felt this good in years. I am so thankful for this program and for what it has taught me about how to fuel my body properly and how to push it beyond its limits. The accountability groups kept me motivated and challenged and I can't wait to start round 2 and see even more results as I stay committed to this program!

I started this program because I was in a rut, and because I hoped to get shredded abs like a friend i knew who had done the program. Honestly, you might not think my visible, physical transformation is that impressive. I didn't get shredded abs, I lost 5 pounds, and just under 7 inches. But what is exciting for me is not what I've lost but what I've gained. My internal transformation has been nothing short of amazing. For 6 weeks I have done workouts that I thought I would absolutely hate, and I have embraced a diet that I thought I would absolutely hate. I have loved all of it, and I am forever changed. I have learned so much and I am so motivated to keep going with the FASTer Way. I have learned about what my body needs to stay healthy. I have learned to differentiate between hunger and emotional need. I have learned that I CAN do high-intensity workouts and I have learned that it really IS possible for my body to get stronger. When I started I was doing modified versions of the beginner workout--4 sprints was my max, with extra rest time in between. I finished able to do 13 20-second sprints with 40 second rests in between. I am nearly able to do the beginner workouts unmodified at this point. This Sunday, I worked in my garden for hours and went for a long walk with a friend, all while fasting. Before the FASTer way, either one of those activities alone would have left me worn out for the rest of the day, and forget about doing them on an empty stomach! I have already set several goals for the next round of FASTer Way, I'm going to incorporate probiotics this time, and I know I can make better choices about the carbs I eat. I'm also excited to continue improving my workouts so I can move past the beginner level. Who knows, I may end up with those shredded abs after all.

I have struggled with my weight and binge eating my entire life. Finally, at 49 years old, I have found a lifestyle - the FASTer Way to Fat Loss lifestyle - that works with me and my busy life. I am a busy full time professional and I travel quite a bit. Never knowing where I am, I am able to do the workouts and eat following the guidelines of the plan from anywhere. I knew I had experienced a major mind set shift over the weekend when I came across an old bottle of prescription diet pills I had been hanging onto as a crutch. I no longer need those and never would consider taking those now that I have taken control of my body and changed my mindset. Eating real whole food and moving my body consistently has led to this transformation from a size 10-12 to a size 6. I'm wearing clothes I haven't worn in years. Most importantly, I don't have a deadline to get weight off or see a certain number on the scale as I used to. I am trusting that my body will continue in its transformation until I lose this excess body fat. I am halfway there, and I know I'll be successful. I no longer have the mindset that I have to be perfect in my eating. I used to fall off the wagon and literally binge for three days and then feel horrible. Progress, not perfection. Thank you for that mantra, Amanda, and for creating this wonderful program. I am so thankful that I discovered this program and can continue to enjoy it with VIP membership now that I've completed two 6 week cycles.

I am the woman who has struggled with weight since College. I am the woman who has never felt comfortable in a pair of jeans. I am the woman who gained 20 pounds my first year of marriage. After seeing pictures of our first Christmas together I decided to join a gym and eat low carb. I lost the 20 pounds and then got pregnant with our first little boy. I am the woman who gained 58 pounds during BOTH of my pregnancies. I am the woman who struggled through fad diets, running, starving myself and never seeing any benefit from it. In January, my family moved from South Carolina to Knoxville, TN. We left our support system, our church, our friends, and our family. My second little boys first birthday was quickly approaching and I had not lost but 10 pounds of baby weight. I was tired, lonely, and well.....depressed. I followed Amanda on Instagram for at least a year thinking how amazing she was, but, I could never look like that, Right? WRONG! After my little boy turned 1 in April, I took the plunge and signed up for my first round of FWTFL. I was determined to do whatever I needed to do to be healthy for my boys, my husband, and for myself! I did sprints with the stroller parked under trees, I planned workouts during nap time, I preplanned my macros and my meals. Honestly - It was the EASIEST program I had ever been a part of! I learned so much about myself. I am a STRONG momma. I am a HAPPY momma! But, most of all, I am a HEALTHY momma! I have lost a total of 30 pounds and 35.2 inches! I have learned so much about my body and health, and I can't wait to see how far I go! I LOVE the FWTFL lifestyle!

After my first round, I lost 11 lbs and 2 inches. This program changed my perspective on nutrition and working out. I watched all of my friends participate over the winter with fabulous results but was still reluctant to join. I was attempting to do my own thing but struggled to get results. I ran 3-4 days a week and did classes at the gym 3 days a week with restricting my calories with no results. Once I joined this program, I have transformed my body over the last 6 weeks. My belly pooch from 3 cesearan sections is almost gone. It's amazing to see how working out less and eating more has transformed my physique. I still have work to do but excited about the possibilities with this program.
