LOCATION: Largo, Florida

POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Provides strategic vision for corporate technology and manages all aspects of technology that supports enterprise goals.g of VIP membership clients and instruction of fitness classes.


  1. Accountable for enterprise technology operations (including cloud infrastructure operations, system engineering and operations, security operations, etc.)

  2. Responsible for effective and efficient delivery of all third-party and internally managed IT infrastructure used to support business process and services across the enterprise.

  3. Helps lead The FASTer Way as a lean and agile operation that leverages owned technology as well as collaborative software/third-party partnerships.

  4. Leads the team in shaping the current and future technology teams, and anticipates the needs of a quickly-growing membership program, and communicates them effectively, especially as the operating model grows and changes.

  5. Responsible for the delivery of Daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports.

  6. Responsible for security across platforms (backups, etc.).

  7. Identify areas of improvement/new systems and software that will help the FASTer Way grow with excellence.

  8. Develop, implement & monitor IT policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security and legal/regulatory compliance.

  9. Other duties as assigned.


  1. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and operational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects

  2. BS Degree in Computer / Networking or relevant experiences accepted

  3. Minimum 5 years experience in the IT field

  4. Extensive knowledge of software and its application

  5. Experience in cloud-based computing environments

  6. Experience in package upgrades & conversions

  7. Confident, driven and dynamic leader

  8. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills

  9. Ability to engage and collaborate with clients and team members

  10. Demonstrated ability to think and work independently with limited supervision

  11. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple objectives

  12. Effective interpersonal skills to be capable of working with all levels of office personnel

  13. Goal and deadline oriented

  14. Dependable

SKILLS/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have experience with:

  • CMS management

  • CRM management

  • Zapier

  • Google Suite

  • Slack

  • Squarespace/Wordpress (or similar development/website software)

  • Ideal candidates will have experience with:

  • Post Affiliate Pro or similar software

  • SamCart or similar e-commerce system

  • ActiveCampaign or similar ESP

  • Kajabi or similar software
