I understand how it feels to be frustrated by the fitness and nutrition myths, confusion, and misinformation presented online, by your doctor, and by well-meaning friends and family members. I can also relate to the feeling of being on a never-ending roller coaster when it comes to fitness and nutrition.

Over the years, we women have followed every diet guru's advice, spent hours on the treadmill, and restricted calories to obscene levels. When will I be assigned a coach?

Your Community Coach will be assigned during week one of the program. An email with your small accountability group will be sent out mid-week and you will receive a Facebook invitation from Lindse Reynolds or Misty Johnson with your small group info.

When will I be added the the large Facebook group?

You will be added before the first live training on Monday morning!

I don’t know my portal password, how do I get one?

Please check for an email from “” for your initial password. If you cannot find it, please go to and click “forgot password” to reset it.

My friend and I signed up together, can we be in the same group?

At this time we cannot accept special group requests.

No, the price is set at $199.

I don't have facebook, can I still participate?

We host the FASTer Way to Fat Loss community groups on Facebook. Most of our clients choose to join a Facebook community group for daily tips and accountability. While we recommend joining a Facebook group, it is not required for participation in the program. We do have an online community for those who do not have Facebook.

Do you have a Student Discount?

How often should I look at the portal?

You can check it each night (before your workouts & meal planning for the next day) or at least one time per day. The portal holds valuable information to help guide and equip your on your FASTer Way journey!
