POSITION TITLE: Customer Support Specialist

POSITION REPORTS TO: Director of Customer Support

STATUS: Employee, Part Time

LOCATION: Tampa, Florida

COMPENSATION: Competitive (exempt, part-time)

BENEFITS: Not eligible for standard company benefits

POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Director of Customer Support, the role of customer support specialist assists with FASTer Way to Fat Loss client support, administrative and database support, tech and membership support and more.

These are part-time jobs with employee status (not independent contractor status). You will be asked/expected to work up to 30 hours a week.

Positions are available for day, night and weekend hours.

  11. Strong PC application skills with willingness to learn new applications as required
