STATUS: Employee, Part Time
LOCATION: Tampa, Florida
COMPENSATION: Competitive (exempt, part-time)
BENEFITS: Not eligible for standard company benefits
POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Director of Customer Support, the role of customer support specialist assists with FASTer Way to Fat Loss client support, administrative and database support, tech and membership support and more.
These are part-time jobs with employee status (not independent contractor status). You will be asked/expected to work up to 30 hours a week.
Positions are available for day, night and weekend hours.

Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and operational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to engage and collaborate with clients and team members
Demonstrates the ability to think and work independently with limited supervision
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple objectives
Effective interpersonal skills to be capable of working with all levels of office personnel
Goal and deadline oriented
Self -motivated and ability to complete assignments independently
Strong PC application skills with willingness to learn new applications as required
