More than 100,000 clients have gone through the FASTer Way to Fat Loss and have seen incredible results! As you can imagine, we get asked a lot of questions, but we tend to see the same ones popping up frequently.
While many of them have to do with Intermittent Fasting and Carb Cycling, there are other, more general questions, that come up often. If I am already a member of a gym and doing regular classes, or if I am meeting with a personal trainer, can I just continue with my current workouts, and use your food cycle?
The honest answer is yes, but ask yourself this: If what you are currently doing was working extremely well, why would you be looking into a different program?
The FASTer Way is designed to work as a whole. We pair our nutrition cycle with our workouts because that’s the most effective way to burn fat and get the very best results. It is absolutely critical that we are fueling our bodies for our workouts and teaching them how to burn fat instead of glucose throughout the day.
If you’ve been working with a personal trainer or you’re doing spin classes, Pilates, Yoga, Barre, etc., then we’ve got you!! Our On Demand Workout Library is FULL of amazing workouts with some of the best fitness professionals in the industry. Learn proper form and technique, plus get all of our incredible workouts—included with your FASTer Way membership.

Is it okay to participate in FASTer Way to Fat Loss if I am breastfeeding?
Yes! However, there are some things we may need to modify. Throughout the program we will listen to your body and continually keep an eye on your milk supply. We believe that when you eat the foods God intended, you won’t see a decrease in milk supply. He’s designed our bodies intentionally, so fueling them well will not affect that.
We will be sure to check on your caloric intake. The truth is, when you are living in too big of a calorie deficit and doing crazy, intense workouts, your milk supply can absolutely be affected. The FASTer Way, on the other hand, is designed to fuel your body in a way that is perfectly safe for nursing moms.
Do I need to purchase any shakes or supplements to participate in this program?
No! Throughout the program we will talk about the importance of probiotics, protein, and other supplements like BCAAs. While we are happy to share the products we use and love, none of them are required to participate. At the FASTer Way, we believe in fueling your body with real food. Nothing is required but hard work, commitment, and positivity.
Am I a good fit for this program?
Yes! This program is a great fit for nearly everyone. If you have an underlying medical condition or have a very significant amount of weight to lose, we’ll make modifications based on your needs and doctor recommendations.
The FASTer Way is challenging and will require commitment. With the help of your coach and support community, you can succeed no matter what background you’re coming from. We’re here to help you every step of the way
Some of our clients don’t feel comfortable doing the workouts when they start the program because it’s been a long time since they last worked out or they have a very significant fat loss goal. That’s just fine! These clients still see incredible results because they are focused on the nutrition and fueling their bodies correctly.
