Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Assistant supports the CEO.   

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Under minimal supervision, performs administrative support for the CEO

  2. Schedule and organize activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, special events and activities for the CEO

  3. Screens phone calls and visitors; re-route matters when necessary

  4. Organize and assist with presentation and communication needs

  5. May serve as administrative liaison to others within and outside of the company

  6. Maintain office supplies, set-up new employee hires/interns

  7. Assist staff with technical support needs during peak periods

  8. Perform miscellaneous errands and tasks as needed

  9. Organize and maintain files (hard and soft copy data management)


  1. Bachelor's degree

  2. Five years of experience

  3. Demonstrated ability to think and work independently with limited supervision

  4. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple objectives

  5. Effective interpersonal skills to be capable of working with all levels of office personnel

  6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  7. Goal and deadline oriented

  8. Self -motivated and ability to complete assignments independently

  9. Dependable

  10. Strong PC application skills with willingness to learn new applications as required

  11. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
